Friday (7/27) afternoon I ate a burrito with white rice, chicken, cheese, sour cream, mild and corn salsa. I have lost 6+ pounds since with constant explosive diarrhea for 4 days, strong discomfort in my stomach, occasional cramping, and a fever for most of Saturday (7/28). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
