I ate one of their bowls which consisted of: white rice, black beans, mild salsa, medium salsa, corn, lettuce, and guacamole. I also added their vinaigrette and chipotle salsa. After eating this I went to bed because I begand to have a stomach ache. When I woke up 3 hours later I began to vomit. I vomited 20 times and also had diarrhea also with nausea. I ended up in the hospital because I was dehydrated and had severe stomach pains. I was given several medications to treat this. Along with two iv fluid bags. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
