I ordered a barbacoa bowl with extra lettuce white rice black beans hot sauce and cheese like I always do. But in the middle of the night I found my stomache hurting extremely painfully and without wanting to I had to throw all of my food back up. I have tried to eat but cant since I feel nauceus with every bite. Right now I am weak in pain and laying down with a 100° fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
