I ordered a chicken burrito with lettuce, tomato, corn, and sour cream. I indicated in my Uber Eats order to not include beans but there were black beans. I ate this meal Saturday night and woke up Sunday morning in sweat with a fever of 102, stomach pains accompanied by diarrhea. My diarrhea was bloody at one point which required hospitalization. I was diagnosed with colitis. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Sweating, Stomach Pain
