24hrs ago. Salad with 1/2 chicken 1/2 sofritas, black beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo no sour cream no rice. Felt queasy and nauseous a few hours later, then 8hrs later the diarrhea started, then puking. Took electrolytes with a few sips of water. Woke several times with urgent diarrhea. Still nauseous with stomach pain and needing to puke, 24hrs later. Not YET seen a doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
