1/2 chicken, 1/2 steak, pinto beans, fajitas, mild & medium salsa, white rice, sour cream & lettuce.
Itching all over, cramping, nausea, fever, vomiting. Ate lunch at 1pm and within an hour was violently ill for 12 hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Itching
