Saturday, 10/7/ 2017 after 3pm purchased a Bowl of pinto beans, chicken, cheese, veggies, corn, mild sausa & sour cream, along with 2 flour tortillas; which was my dinner meal. Was awaken 2am sick, nausea, vomiting, diaherria til 8am. Symptoms better now, symptoms slowed but not 100% normal. taking precautions & not leaving the house today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
