Chicken Bowl Illness Incidents - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York New York

I had a chicken bowl last night at approximately 8pm containing (lettuce, blk beans, chicken, tomato salsa and cheese).
I went to bed about midnight and was awoken by 2am with extreme stomach pains, nausea and fever thru my body.
I was up & in the bathroom for several hours.
This morning I still have stomach pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever
