I ordered a bowl with brown rice, tofu, onions and peppers, black beans, lettuce, and guac. 3 hours later I am shi**ing my brains out and very nauseous. My entire abdomen is cramping and I feel awful.

Update 03/10: I was up all night alternating between vomiting and diahrrea. I have never been so sick in my entire life, I was considering being hospitalized. Never eat there ever again!!!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
