Intense Vomiting, Fast Onset

I ate my food around 2pm and by 5pm I was not feeling good. It started off with diarrhea then I threw up. I threw up over 15 times… this is not a normal occurrence for me. Did not start feeling better until 36 hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I went there tuesday night and i order 3 tacos by 2am wednesday i have fever,chills, nauseas,stomach pain headaches and blood in my stool ending in the hospital with a bacteria name colitis and in antibiotic for a week and i still dont feel good losing time… See more

Tofu Bowl Illness Report

I ordered a bowl with brown rice, tofu, onions and peppers, black beans, lettuce, and guac. 3 hours later I am shi**ing my brains out and very nauseous. My entire abdomen is cramping and I feel awful.
