Horrible food poisoning with vomiting and diarrhea for 5 hours straight. Couldn’t even keep water down. Went to this chipotle yesterday night (3/9). Had to go to the ER this AM (3/10) and get multiple IVs for dehydration, pain meds, fever reducers, and anti nausea meds. Worst food experience of my life.
I got a white rice bowl with chicken, veggies, both beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
