I ate a sofritas bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn, lettuce and guac. I became violently ill that night with bad stomach cramps and diarrhea the next day. This was 2 days ago and I still feel awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
