Around 4:30 PM I ate a burrito bowl which included a tortilla on the side, brown rice, chicken, green sauce, and lettuce. I started to feel nauseous around 8PM. Woke up at 1AM and started to vomit. Went back to sleep and woke up multiple time to run to the bathroom but no more vomit. Was about to leave for school at 7AM but couldn't due to another vomiting event. It's 1:24 PM and my stomach feels horrible | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
