I ate a salad bowl with sour cream & guacamole on Wednesday night January 23 at Chipotle in Schaumburg. I also ordered a margarita. I had a bad stomach ache at the end of the meal and ended up in the hospital on Friday night. Diagnosis: Colitis. I never have this problem before and wish I can eat there again but how? | Symptoms: Fever
