I ate a salad bowl with sour cream & guacamole on Wednesday night January 23 at Chipotle in Schaumburg. I also ordered a margarita. I had a bad stomach ache at the end of the meal and ended up in the hospital on Friday night. Diagnosis: Colitis.
I never have this problem before and wish I can eat there again but how?

I ate a barbacoa bowl with sour cream, cheese, fajita and my son had a chicken kids meal with sour cream (we both had pinto beans and brown rice) at Chipolte on Barrington Road in Schaumburg, IL. This was Sunday afternoon about 4;00 on July 16, 2017.
We both got sick not long afterwards and we spent a bit of time in the restroom.

i went to chipotle and ordered 3 steak tacos with cheese. after i got done eating it i started feeling sick on the way home. so i laid in bed and my stomach is cramping and it feels like my stomach was trying to run away. i
had a huge headache every time i tried getting up id fall over because i felt so nauseated. and that was at 2 in the afternoon it is now midnight and i still feel really bad and on the verge of throwing up

About a week ago, I made tuna salad with a new bottle of miracle whip. Within an hour, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Threw the tuna away and didn't eat anymore and was fine after that. I'm guessing the miracle whip or the tuna No, that's all.

ProBox, a food company based in Ireland, has issued a recall for all of its Just Smoothie products. The recall is due to the company not having the required approval to produce these items, and for using an incorrect approval number.
The recalled products include Just Smoothie
The recalled products include Just Smoothie
Banana & Mango, Just Smoothie Forest Berries, Just Smoothie Strawberry & Banana, and any other ProBox Just Smoothie products. All of these items come in a 250 ml pack size. The recall applies to all batches and best before dates of these products.
The issue was discovered during a routine check by the company. Retailers have been requested to remove all ProBox Just Smoothie products from sale, and consumers are advised not to consume the implicated smoothies.

On Thursday 04 April 24, I ate at Burger King around 7pm, a classic menu with Burger fries. I had a chicken burger, at meal time nothing to report. The evening went normally with no stomachache. I didn't eat anything after that. It was at 2am that
I started to have an extremely stomachache accompanied by vomiting. The first ones were very painful, I vomited 7 times during the night accompanied by uncontrollable diarrhea.
I could not sleep all night, the diarrhea and vomiting continued into the morning.
I didn't eat all day because I was very sick.
I waited until the night of Friday to Saturday with a lot of concern, I was right because I also vomited 6 times and slept very little.
On Sunday morning it is a little better after more than 2 days of fasting.
Very painful and unpleasant experience, I am not ready to set foot in a Burger King again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
