Last night I ate a salad (from Chipotle) which had lettuce, black beans, sofritas, roasted veggies, corn, cheese, guacamole, and vinaigrette. I woke up this morning to lots of vomiting, stomach cramps, and severe diarrhea. Had to go to the doctor because I was very dehydrated and had a fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
