- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink in the unisex employee washroom.

- comments: outer openings not protected. Observed rear exit door with a gap between door and frame. Must repair and maintain door tight fitting to prevent pest entry.

- comments: no visible back flow preventer device on espresso machine water line. Must install

- comments: observed burn out lights in rear prep/dishwashing area. Must repair and provide adequate lighting at all times.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: previous priority foundation violations not corrected from november 24, 2021 inspection#2544692. Violation#10 hand washing sinks in rear prep/dishwashing and front prep area have not been installed and violation #60 backflow prevention device not located on the ice machine. Instrcuted to correct violations. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
