- comments: observed a vacuum packaging machine in the basement with no approved haccp plan on the premises and vacuum packaged food (sausage, fish, cheese, beef and chicken) stored in the deli prep cooler and freezer, walk-in cooler and basement freezer. Management instructed to have a haccp plan approved by cdph before using this equipment to vacuum package food. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
