- comments: observed accumulated food debris inside reach in coolers, on exterior of dishmachine also observed accumulated dust build up on prep areas reach in coolers condensers. Must clean and maintain equipment.

- comments: observed accumulated food/grease build up on floor in prep area under cooking equipment and along prep area/dishwash area along walls/corners. Must detail clean floor throughout and maintain.

- comments: no food allergen training certificates for food managers on premises. Instructed all city of chicago certified food managers must have food allergen training certificates on premises.

- comments: the following previous core violation from report #2345536 dated 0n 11/13/19 not corrected-#38 must repair or replace an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of rear door. Make door tight fitting by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
