- comments: observed irrreversible registering temperature indicator not working properly(test strips for measuring utensil surface temperature). In hot water mechanical warewashing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature. Instd to provide and maintain on site. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster lids wide open, damaged and broken and trash overflowing above rim. Must remove trash,repair lids to be tight fitting and keep closed. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)
