Had a take out order deal vered at 6:30 pm Feb 8, 2023 from their zesty pepperoni pizza or the cheesy bread sticks. At around 7:15 bad stomach ache which led to throwing up and then to diahrea and a bathroom trash can to throw up in while I'm having diahrea! It got violently worse as my night went on. I had nothing left to throw up but spit. My entire belly area hurt so bad. I tried hydrating with water and it came up as well. Sometimes couldn't even make it to bathroom. Contacted my future boss (who paid $250 for a ticket to Michigan to drive his truck for the next morning. ) that was about 3:15 am and I contacted my mom and she drove 80 miles to take me to hospital. After all tests etc were done it was confirmed food bourne/food poison. So now I owe people money plus lost money on a rental car to get to the airport 65 miles away because I could not make my trip for my new job. Now I'm down third night and anything I drink or try to eat like dry toast comes out within 30 min as liquid still. I contacted garland county health dept and they stated they will go there and inspect and get back to me. I want the money I lost due to this mess | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
