- comments: observed ice machine with a build-up of black and pink slime substance over ice cubes stored below in the ice bin. Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to remove and discard ice then clean and sanitize. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no ambient air thermometer inside the reach in display cooler at the frontline area. Instructed to provid to properly monitor the ambient air temperature of the equipment.

- comments: observed food items in containers improperly stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Instructed to store properly by elevating at least six inches from the floor on raised shelving units.
