- comments: observed evidence of appx. 35 or more live small flies and 8-10 live large flies flying around, on walls and ceilings in prep areas, dish washing areas, bar areas, toilet rooms, serving stations. Locker area. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/5/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed gaps along bottom and sides of front,rear,side and patio doors must make tight fitting.

- comments: must repair or replace damaged hinges on ice cream freezer in cold prep area,cracked lid on bulk food storage containers and inside of walk in cooler food storage containers on shelving units.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky toilet handle and ring at toilets in men's & women"s. Leaky backflow device at faucet near 3- compartment sink in basement and faucet.
