- comments: observed no hand washing sign or poster near exposed hand washing sink in the unisex washroom. Must provide and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 30 live small flying insects on walls in rear dishwashing area. Must clean and sanitized affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate flying insect problem. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep table infront coffee prep area. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: outside garbage area not maintained. Observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing preventing lid from closing properly. This is a food source for rodent and other pest. Outside garbage area was adequate maintained on 10/28/25 priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

Priority foundation violtion 7-42-090 citation issued.
