- comments: observed no hot water available at the hand washing sink 2nd all gender washroom. Water temperature 81. 0f at this time of inspection. Instructed to repair and maintain hot water at the minimum temperature of 100f for proper hand washing. Facility has another hand washing sink inside another all gender washroom with close proximity for employees and customers to wash their hands. Priority violation 7-38-03(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sinks in both gender washrooms. Must provide hand washing signs and maintain.

- comments: observed ice scoops stored on top of front counter food prep area. Must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dirt and debriso floor around ice cream chest freezers located in the basement. Must clean floor and maintain.
