- comments: observed paper towels at hand washing sink not accessible to employees to dry hands. Paper towels were stored in an automatic dispenser and were not dispensing. Employee had to replace batteries for paper towels to dispense located at dish washing area and serving line. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed final rinse temperature at high temperature dish machine at 118f. Hot water sanitizing final rinse must be at least 180f-194f. Priority violation. 7-38-025. Citation issued.
21. Proper hot holding temperatures
- comments: observed hashbrowns at improper hot holding temperature at 90f at hot holding unit. Also observed cooked potatoes at 87f. Tcs foods must be held at 135f or above. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed sewage back-up at floor drain when water is draining at 3-compartment sink.
