Employee standing in the lobby using cell phone returned to kitchen area, opened refrigerator, and began handling food containers without handwashing

- High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Approximately 5 behind tea maker at front counter. 3 on the floor between freezer and cooler in the kitchen along the wall. 1 on the floor in the dry storage closet. Approximately 5 on the fuse box in the three compartment sink area. Old box on top of unused fryers in the hallway between mop sink room and three compartment sink room. Operator did not know where box came from but discarded it. Approximately 20 droppings in box falling onto fryers. **Admin Complaint**

High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Fresh garlic in oil 58F, pizza sauce made in house 63F. Pizza cooler underneath overnight. See stop sale
