BBQ Meal Illness Persisting - Cook Out, Forest City North Carolina

Stopped and ate at the Cook Out in Forest City, NC on the evening of February 18th of this year. Dined on a barbecue sandwich with slaw and French fries with a soft drink or shake. Later that night began experiencing food poisoning symptoms (diarrhea, cramps primarily) which persisted into the following day. Symptoms have continued since then, varying in intensity, despite two visits to my family MD's office, a prescription for doxycycline and taking two varieties of probiotics. Lab results did not show any cause but symptoms persist to this day. My MD has now referred me to a gastrointestinal specialist. Reports of outbreaks of cyclosporine match my symptoms and indicate tests may not detect the organism easily. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
