My wife and I each got a bowl for dinner on 12/15/21. She got the poke bowl and I got a make-your-own with
1 x Quinoa
1 x carrots
1 x edamame
1 x jicama
1 x pickled red cabbage
1 x scallions
1 x avocado
1 x roasted organic tofu
1 x miso sesame ginger

We both woke up at around 1am on 12/17/21 with stomach discomfort followed by vomiting, chills, fever, aches. After vomiting subsided, symptoms gradually improved.

Two others ate with us on 12/15/21 and experienced no symptoms. They got the Southwest Grilled Chicken and the Tinga Taco Bowl. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
