- comments: no hot running water under city pressure at handwash sinks in toilet rooms, temperature ranging from 58f-60f. Instd to provide 100f-120f at all times. Citation issued 7-38-030(c) priority. Temperature adjusted at handwash sinks and hot water provided (100f) by end of inspection

- comments: reduced oxygen packaging equipment being utilized on-site without valid haccp plan approved by cdph. Instructed to remove tcs food (cheeses) from reduced oxygen packaging, discard, and denature, and cease use of reduced oxygen packaging equipment without approval by cdph. Held for inspection tag placed on equipment at this time. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005 citation issued.
