- comments: observed slight pink build up inside ice machine. Must clean interior of ice machine and maintain.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: the previous core violations from report #2398055 dated on 05/02/19 not corrected-#55 must clean debris build up from floor along wall bases throughout premises, #56 must clean filters at hood of cooking equipment. Instructed manager said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
