- comments: observed rusted shelving in the walk-in cooler and on shelving throughout the kitchen. Instructed manager to repair or repaint any rusted racks.

- comments: observed chemical dish machine in bar with a maximum wash solution temperature of 109 f. Instructed manager to ensure wash solution of dish machine has a minimum temperature of 120 f. Dish machine not in use during time of inspection no dishes found inside dish machine. Machine tagged. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025 no citation issued.
