- comments: 6-501. 111 observed approximately 28 small rodent droppings in the rear prep area under 3 3-compartment sinks scattered near the bait box and under heavy equipment. Recommended to contact pest control for service, remove droppings and clean said areas. Must eliminate pest activity on the premises. Priority foundation vision. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.
