- comments: 4-501. 19 observed the wash solution for the 3-compartment sink not maintaining 110f; during the inspection, the hot water wash solution was only maintaining between 95f-102. 9f. Instructed to repair and maintain a wash solution of 110f at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-025.
