- comments: observed approximately 100 mice droppings: on file cabinet, in walk in freezer corners, on #10 cans, on boxes of food in dry food storage area, in preschool rooms 125 & 126 cupboards and toy shelves ( as well as live ants), in chemical storage area underneath shelving and in walls, on dish storage cart. Instructed to remove droppings and santize. Recommended pest control service on or march 31 2022. ( priority foundation violation 7-38-030 (a)).

- comments: observed approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch gaps in delivery door in kitchen and in door in classroom #126. Instructed to make door tight fitting to prevent pest entry.

- comments: must invert multiuse utensils on dish storage shelf.

- comments: observed milk crates being used for food storage in walk in cooler. Instructed to remove crates and use adequate shelving

- comments: observed metered faucets in room 128 toilet room and in upstairs girl's and boy's toilet rooms not dispensing water long enough for adequate handwashing. Instructed to adjust faucet to allow for adequate hand washing.
