About 24 hours after enjoying a delicious bowl of seafood risotto (on Monday, 4/18/22) I'm suffering with what I strongly suspect is food poisoning. I didn't get any sleep last night due to multiple trips to the bathroom. I'm still feeling poorly. Other diners at my table had different dishes and are all fine.We took home some leftovers but haven’t eaten any of them. I’ve attached photos of his takeaway container and the leflover risotto. We plan to toss the leftovers unless they need to be tested for a toxin or contaminant. We were part of a party of four at lunch on Monday. He was the only one that ordered the risotto. He also had a small side salad with Caesar dressing. We’ve eaten there in Stockton many times before, and nobody has ever gotten sick. The risotto was delicious and didn’t taste off. We plan to eat there again, but will avoid ordering risotto. he noticed that the shrimp in his risotto had not been deveined, which he thought might be the source of the problem. We were some of the first customers there for lunch on Monday and it was evident that they were having some problems in the kitchen with getting the food prepared on time. We wonder now if the seafood risotto might not have been freshly prepared and might have been heldover from the weekend. The risotto was the only ‘special of the day’ and was not on the printed menu. We don’t have the receipt for our meal on Monday. The meal was paid on a credit card. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
