- comments: 5-203. 11 observed no hand washing sink conveniently located near the 1-compartment sink/coffee prep area. Instructed management that a handwashing sink must be located to allow convenient use by employees in all food prep areas. Must install a handwashing sink in said area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: 4-602. 13 observed heavy ice build up inside the 1-door true freezer located on the 1st floor prep area. Must remove ice and maintain.

- comments: 6-501. 14 observed heavy dust and dirt build up on the ventilation hood located over cooking equipment. Instructed to clean and maintain.
