- comments: 5-203. 11 observed no hand washing sink conveniently located near the 1-compartment sink/coffee prep area. Instructed management that a handwashing sink must be located to allow convenient use by employees in all food prep areas. Must install a handwashing sink in said area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
