Observed shredded cabbage (53°F - Cold Holding); Pico de Gallo (53°F - Cold Holding); cheese (51°F - Cold Holding); sausages (55°F - Cold Holding); cheese (52°F - Cold Holding) as per operator food was stored over night inside of reach in cooler. Also observed chicken soup (56°F - Cold Holding); as per operator for less than one hour at top of cook line. **Warning**
High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature in reach-in freezer - all products not commercially packaged. Observed raw chicken stored over raw fish at reach in freezer. **Warning**
High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed about 10 rodents dropping at dry storage area. Operator cleaned up the area. There is no separation between the cooked line and storage area in the back at the time of inspection. **Warning**
High Priority - Stop Sale issued on potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food due to temperature abuse.
