Must remove and provide proper shelving that is non-porous, smooth and easy to clean, and a minimum of 6 inches off the floor provides floor accessibility to ensure adequate facility cleaning.

- comments: 8-404. 13 (b:3)**p**--observed continued non-compliance previous priority foundation violations not corrected within specified time frame on the inspection report#2618545 dated 6/03/2025: (54) observed outside dumpster with broken lids. Instructed to correct, replace and maintain to ensure tight fitting lids. Instructed person in charge that the violation is now classified as a priority item due to previous noncompliance. Must have lid replaced before re-inspection. Priority violation #7-42-090. Citation issued
