- comments: observed approximately 30 rodent droppings in the storage closet located in the basement where the hot water tank is located. Approximately 25 droppings throughout the basement in corners and along walls. The facility must ensure all rodent droppings are removed from the premises. All affected areas are cleaned and sanitized, and a licenced pest control company treats the facility for rodent activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (a) citation issued.
