60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: the following previous core violations from report #2549986 dated on 02/17/22 not corrected-#47 replace the torn door gasket inside of the 2 door prep cooler at the front prep area,#49 detail clean the stainless steel spice shelves, interior of prep coolers, top of the ovens, exterior of the dish machine, top and sides of the stove and prep tables,#55 clean the food debris and grease on the walls of the pizza prep area and rear food prep area. Clean the grime on the floor under the 3 compartment sink,#58 observed the certified food manager without an allergen training certificate. Management instructed that all certified food managers must show proof of food allergen training. All said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection.
