- comments: 4-502. 13 observed single service to-go food containers not inverted by the front food prep area. Instructed to invert single service containers to protect from possible contamination.

- comments: 6-201. 11 observed a cracked wall tile above the flattop grill in the front food prep area. Instructed to make said surface smooth and easily cleanable.
