- comments: 5-205. 11 noted hand wash sink at the bar prep area was inaccessible with and used as a dump sink with boss pan strainer inside the sink. The manager immediately removed the strainer. Instructed to have all hand wash sinks accessible at all times. Priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c).

- comments: 3-307. 11 noted no splash guard between the prep table for customers take out and the exposed hand sink at the kitchen prep area. Must install a washable splashguard.

- comments: 3-304. 12 noted serving plates on shelves in the kitchen prep area were not properly stored. Instructed to invert all serving plates and bowls to prevent dust accumulation.

- comments: 4-101. 19 noted rusty and dirty shelves inside walk-in coolers in the kitchen prep area. Instructed to detail clean, repaint with non-toxic food grade paint, and/or replace.
