- comments: observed 3-compartment sink stoppers not working on the far right side. Instructed manager must provide working stoppers at 3-compartment sink.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed an excessive amount of ice buildup on the shelves/walls/ceiling of the 1-door freezer. Must remove excess ice, detail clean, and maintain.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed inadequate waste and sewage water disposal discarded from 3-comp sink when water is released. Must repair plumbing. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed water-stained ceiling tiles throughout the facility. Instructed to replace the stained ceiling tiles.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed a burned-out light bulb in the kitchen near the hand-washing sink and in the toddler area. Instructed to replace bulb and maintain lighting in the unit.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed continued non-compliance from report # conducted on 07/17/24. Previous core violations not corrected: (#47) 8-403. 13: observed the handle broken on the freezer door. Must repair/replace and maintain. Citation issued. Must correct core violations by the date on the report. Priority foundation violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
