- comments: previous core violations from report #2594335 on 5/9/24 not corrected: 53 - observed no covered waste receptacle inside of the employee washroom. Management instructed to provide. 56 - observed no working ventilation fan inside of the washroom. Management instructed to repair or replace the ventilation fan. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
