- comments: observed rodent (mice) activity in the following areas: all along wall bases in front window sills, along and on sales shelves, in corners near washrooms, in rear storage area, on floors, on boxes, on table, along box bailer, in check stands and under shelving units. Instructed manager to have pest control and to clean sanitize all areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: all sales shelves in need of detail cleaning and sanitizing to remove all build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain
