- comments: observed approximately 15 dead ants in rear warewashing area near drains. The person in charge removed ants, cleaned and sanitized the area. Pest control technician on site at the time of inspection placed bait in area to eliminate activity.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed drainpipe leaking at rear three compartment sink. Instructed to repair and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed food handling employees with expired food handler certificates. Instructed to maintain updated records at all times.
