- comments: 6-501. 11/ noted holes in floors walls and ceiling of rear boiler room, exposed ceiling above mop sink. And gap at the bottom of rear door. Instructed to seal/repair to smooth and cleanable surface to prevent pest entrance.

Repair issue' (49) 'accumulation of grimes and rust at exterior of grease trap under three compartment sink, not easily cleanable. Instructed to clean, paint and maitain. ' (51) 'not enough water flow (minimum flow) at handwashing sink at front prep area, repair issue. ' instructed person in charge that the violation shall now classified as a priority item due to previous noncompliance. Must correct before re-inspection. Priority violation #7-42-090.
