16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed ice scooper being stored on the top of the front drink station with the food contact surface exposed. Instructed on how to properly store ice scoop between uses.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed pest activity with approx. 55 rodent droppings noted during inspection. Rat droppings was noted underneath the three compartment sink and near the ice machine in the rear food prep area. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to minimize or eliminate activity prior to re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed milk crates being used as shelving in the front food prep area. Must remove and provide shelving that is 6' off the floor and provides floor accessibility to ensure adequate facility cleaning.

- comments: observed 3-compartment sink stoppers missing at the left side compartment. Instructed manager must provide working stoppers at 3-compartment sink.

- comments: observed facility without chlorine chemical test kit for sanitizer or for ware washing area. Informed person in charge a test kit that accurately measures the concentration of the sanitizing solution must be provided. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed food debris in the interior of both one door freezers in the rear and front refrigerator in need of cleaning. Instructed to detail clean.

- comments: observed excess clutter and unnecessary articles stored in the rear dish area. Must remove all unnecessary articles, clean all clutter, organize, and maintain areas at all times.

Instructed manager to clean floors under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in all areas. Observed dust buildup on fan in walk-in cooler, light shields in cooking area and ceiling and wall vents in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain all fans, light shields and ceiling/wall vents.
