- comments: observed handsinks in front and rear prep area to be inaccessible with dishes in both, front sink being used as dump sink. Instructed the person in charge that hands must be accessible at all times for handwashing only. Priority foundation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed bulk containers not labeled with common names. Instructed the person in charge to label all bulk containers with the common name of the ingredient (sugar, flour).

- comments: observed deep gauge in floor tile in utility room causing standing water to pool under utility sink. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed previous core violation from report #2583050 not corrected: #51- missing prep sink in front prep area where large amount of beverages being prepared and served and using handwash sink as a prep sink. Instd to install separate prep sink with hot/cold running water under city pressure. Priority foundation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
